Pak news global- Islamabad Former high minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf( PTI) principal Imran Khan on Wednesday blazoned the morning of his party’s ‘ Jail Bharo Tehreek ’( Jail Bharo crusade) in order to protest against the peremptory Shehbaz Sharif- led government’s “ attack ” on abecedarian rights and the severe profitable extremity in the cash strapped country. The Jail Bharo crusade started from the Mall In Lahore, PTI leaders Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Asad Umar, Sarfaraz Cheema, Usman Akram, and others surrendered to the police and confessed to their arrest.
Soon after the Imran Khan-led movement kick-started, photos and videos of the PTI leaders being detained by police started doing rounds on social media. Still, what's drawing people’s attention is a clip of a police functionary telling PTI workers willing to get gouged. ‘ Jail Bharo Tehreek ’

He has cleaned up crores of rupees of looted wealth and created NROs for themselves and buried the people, especially the poor and the middle class, under the burden of the growing influence and growing alienation. "
Imran Khan lamented not only the profitable straits of the nation, but also the “ sham FIRs and NAB cases, custodial torture, attacks on intelligence and social media people ” that PTI’s sympathizers and leaders have faced since the party’s ouster from power. On its sanctioned Twitter handle, the party participated footage of its leaders sitting inside a police van and claimed that those responsible for making the apprehensions had “ dissolved ”.
‘ Great Pride ’
Shah Mahmood Qureshi said from inside the police van that it was a matter of great pride for him that he was the first to be detained by the police.
In a videotape participated on Twitter, Qureshi said, “This movement will continue until the imported government puts an end to the lawlessness in the country ”.
Meanwhile, the vice chairman of the party Fawad Chaudhry said that multitudinous party leaders and workers had surrendered before the police.
“ Around 500-700 PTI workers have given themselves up for arrest, ” he said in a videotape communication. He claimed that police officers came prepared with police vans, but were “ bothered seeing the thousands of people and meaning what they should do ”. Thanking the party workers for their support, Chaudhry said the movement would move forward and Wednesday’s kick would be limited to Lahore and would continue till the evening before moving to Peshawar on Thursday.
In a videotape communication, Imran Khan prompted party workers and people to take to the thoroughfares for “ true freedom ”.
Indeed, this crusade will take you to a free and happy Pakistan. And this will only be when the state protects your abecedarian rights, ” he said.
Khan noted that the crusade “ is the name of jihad ”.
