MOTO G73 cameras surprise me

So the Moto g73 is a 5G upgrade to last year's Moto g72 apart from the obvious 5G advantage that you get with this phone, it's also got a more Powerful more capable processor and a more practical camera setup that takes better-looking pictures.but at the same time the  display Tech has been downgraded from apoled panel on the g72 to IPS LCD on the g73 despite that compromise the g73 at an asking price of about rupees 19 000 or 17 000 with Card discount is a very well balanced phone.now the design of the g73 is plain simple understated and I quite like it actually it continues to use the sam pmma material that Motorola has been using for a lot of its phones since I think 2018 2019 and it's a very good sturdy material if you ask me now this midnight blue review unit that we got it's good looking of course but that white one seems more attractive to me what do you guys think let me know in the comment section below you know what  will also be great if you can hit the Subscribe button and support our work and the phone is pretty slim at about 8.29 millimeters and it's not heavy either it's only 181 grams and holding it in the hand and using it is pretty comfortable that apart you also get these flat sides at a curved back that sort of Blends into these flat sides and it feels really nice in the hand and I say it's a fairly slim and Light phone because it packs a 5000 mAh battery inside with 30 watt fast charging speeds as well yes we got 33 watt of the g72 but 30 watts should be fast enough and 5000 Mah you know how Motorola Tunes it's battery so battery performance should be really good but I will talk about it more in my detailed review what I particularly like about the design of  the g73 are the functional elements that you get with it you get ip52 rating you get a headphone jack you get a stereo speaker setup along with the earpiece that works as the secondary speaker but more importantly you get a hybrid SIM tray with micro SD card support as well you know what I constantly keep thinking about is that budget phones and mid-range phones come with all of these useful additions including on the g73 but Flagship phones do not why they should have headphone Jacks and micro SD card support as well what do you guys think let me know in the comment section below now coming to the speaker setup this stereo speaker setup on the g73 along with Dolby Atmos support is the cleanest most dynamic one that I've heard in a long time on a budget phone it doesn't get too loud but it's rich and very detailed and you get a level of bass that you can actually feel in fact it sort of rattles a little bit of the panel itself but it feels really really good that about the Left Right speaker tuning has been done well too there is a little bit of Channel imbalance but not so much that it's distracting in regular usage you know what let me do a live demo for you guys let's check it out [Applause] so what do you guys think of the sound it's good right all right now talking about the 6.5 inch IPS LCD panel on the front you get 120 hertz refresh rate with variable refresh rate support as well so it can switch between 30 60 and 90 120 depending on the visuals being displayed on your screen apart from that you get 240Hz of touch sampling rate and HDR 10 plus support on the displacement and this display considering it as HDR support can get really bright too now the tuning of the HDR playback I did test out a video on YouTube and what I noticed is that it's a little too vibrant or too saturated for my taste but it does look very attractive also on the front you've got a center punch hole but since it is an LCD the chin is slightly thicker than normal but even then you get 90 screen to body ratio it's not too bad now You Must Be Wondering compared to a PO lead or an AMOLED panel the LCD panel will not be as vibrant so you know your display experience won't be great which is kind of true but as far as LCD panels go this is pretty naturally tuned especially the natural display setting you will notice that the color accuracy is very close to real life and you can actually trust it to show the right colors as well plus like I mentioned it can get bright enough so that's definitely and advantage and that compromise anddisplay has been transferred to good performance and great camera performance I'll come to that in a bit by the way since this is an LCD panel there are a couple of things missing of course you don't get an always on display or a moto display and there's no in display fingerprint scanner you get a side mounted fingerprint scanner at the power button it's very fast to unlock so really no complaints there talking about unlocking Motorola has amped up Motorola security feature by quite a bit there's a new Moto secure app in which there are multiple really helpful useful features that Motorola has had for example you've got your secure folder for your sensitive data but the feature that I like the most is the lock security and network feature basically if your phone gets lost or stolen and if the their ius to access the notification shadeto put it in Airplane mode or switch off the Wi-Fi he cannot do that because it will request for a screen lock and he won't know it that's just one of the coolest apps in the software itself but talking about the software you get Android 13 out of the box where redmi is giving you Android 12 even today and you also get Assurance of the Android 14 software update so one more OS update and three years of security updates as well another new addition to the software is Moto family spaces essentially with this feature you can create a Sandbox so if your child is using the phone then they won't get access to any apps that you don't want them to have access to so it's kind olike an amped up parental mode which is very very good so if you ask me software advice overall this is the best experience you can find on a phone under rupees 20 000. it's clean it's obviously near stock and the kind of additions that you get along with you know Motorola's special features is actually very useful all right now coming to Performance the g73 is the first phone in India to come with a defensity 930 chip now the dim sd930 is definitely more powerful than the g99 and the Snapdragon 695 that's used on many phones in this price category but unlike the name suggests it's not really more powerful than the domestic 900 or the 920 that's something that you have to keep in mind so the g73 definitely scores higher on additive compared to the Snapdragon 695 at the g99 as well and what I particularly like is that in CPU throttle we ran a 40 core 30 minute test and it we got a stability of 82 which is very very good also if you're gaming the 240Hz that sampling rate comes in handy it's a flat display and in Call of Duty mobile you can expect high graphics and maximum frame rates too and I've used this phone for about a day day and a half it runs pretty smooth with the 120 hertz you know tuning being done much better in fact I remember when we got Snapchat in 695 phones with 120 a Hertz refresh rate and on the g99 with 120 hertz refresh rate there would be some micro stutters here and there that's not happening on this one at least not in the initial period I'll definitely keep you posted on if it does stutter over my you know review period of the device talking about which a comparison of the g73 against the realb  me 10 Pro is coming soon what other phones would you like it to be compared with let me know in the comment section below but the best feature of the 73 according to me is the Practical camera setup that Motorola packs with it you get a 50 megapixel primary camera and an 8 megapixel Ultra wide angle one you'd be like hey shut how is that practical when you don't have that third camera well the third camera would generally be a 2mp macro or a 2mp depth right on this the 8 megapixel Ultra wide angle camera doubles up as the backer camera because it's got autofocus that a part you also get a 16 FP selfie camera what I particularly like above the 58 50m is that in daylight it takes sharp pictures and the color Edition is very close to Natural even the HDR performance is pretty good with a decent amount of dynamic range correction happening and the skin tones are close to Natural slightly reddish but not too bad you know the pictures that it is taking is reminding me of the realme 7 Pro back in the day it used to take great pictures was one of my favorite budget phone cameras this one seems to be heading in that direction but these are only First Impressions I also took a few portraits with the phone the portraits could be better the edge detection could be better but they're not all too bad what I particularly like is that 8mp Ultra wide of course it's not very sharp but what it does is that it maintains color sense consistency with the primary camera that's something that we've not seen on many Motorola phones let alone budget phones so good job Motorola and on the primary camera you also get support for night mode you do not get support for night mode on the ultra wide angle camera but with night mode on the phone does increase the details in the shot and you can see  the primary camera shots look decent enough for a budget phone another selfie camera I get an auto night mode and the pictures do look pretty sharp according to me .

MOTO G 73 SELFIE & FRONT CAMERA IMAGE

In fact the selfie camera in daylight the skin tone is very well reproduced I was very surprised at how good the pictures looked it's not event portrait mode is slightly better than the selfie camera compared to the primary camera the same experience extends to selfie video recording as well you get 1080p 30 FPS of course that's the max you can get and expect on phones like this but you also get the same level of skin tone accuracy and is support as well which means that the footage is stabilized the sound recording is pretty clean too you know about 17 000 rupee with discounts off I really like kind of walking with the phone there's a bit of a crop action of course because Eis is on the rear you can get 1080p 60fps video recording which is good enough but 1080p 30 FPS has so it's stabilized better so I would suggest you use that mode instead anyway what I'll do is I'll add a G Drive link with all the pictures and samples you guys go check that out until my comparison comes about now finally 5G this is one of the best phones for 5G right now that you can buy under rupees 20 000 because it supports 13 bands it also supports dual 5G and you get support for Airtel and Jio 5G without any problem basically SAR NSA at the Peak Performance so overall I thin the g73 at the outset might not look like a great upgrade but there are little things that they have changed on the inside which makes a lot of sense to me under 20 000 this is one phone that I think I'm going to be recommending to a lot of folks but then again I'm going to be using it for a little more while to see how it handles a little more intensive usage so stay tuned for that what do you guys think of the g73 let me know in the comment section below .
